📝 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team via email or phone:

Our support team will first verify your issue. We may ask you to provide **photos or video proof** to help us confirm the product issue.

🔄 Replacement & Refund Process

If the issue is confirmed and your request falls within the return window, we will:

  • Offer a replacement for the defective product.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Pickup & Postal Return

We offer two return methods depending on your pin code:

  • Reverse Pickup: If available in your area, our courier partner will collect the item from your address.
  • Postal Return: If reverse pickup is not available, we’ll ask you to send the product via India Post or other courier.

In the case of postal return, we will reimburse your return shipping cost up to Rs.100 after receiving valid proof.

📦 Return Instructions

After your return is accepted, we will share the official return receipt/address via email. You must:

  • Ship the product to the given address within 3 working days.
  • Share the postal/courier tracking receipt with us by email within the same time frame.

📌 Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • Returned products must be unused and sent in original condition with box/packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for damage caused by improper use, physical damage, or self-repair attempts.
  • Refunds, if issued, are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping charges (except postal refund) are non-refundable in most cases.

Important: Please confirm the model number of your device before placing any order for battery/parts/accessories. If we send the correct product as per your order, but your device is different or defective, it will not be eligible for return or replacement.
